The Article I have read was about President elect, soon to be president, Barrack Obama. As the article clearly states, Obama’s policies will not take effect until at the soonest, the end of 2009. In the 30 billion dollars less than 4 billion dollars would be here before September 2010. Many things that I have read about Obama are very frightening, and I think it is because I am worried about a new president, even though it can’t get much worse economy wise, and Obama’s social policies are right along with mine, so I will just have to hope for the best because is this country, adults can barely change anything, and Kids have even less say than adults. The article also states ways in which his economic plans could often be vetoed or changed by congress. That is the predicted outcome if more serious news or evidence comes up to prove the procrastination and possible failures in his plan to revive the dying economy.
